Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms set out the conditions for using Coffee Info (the “Service”). Everyone who uses the Service (a “User”) is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Accuracy of information)

The origin information, flavor profiles, market prices, harvest calendars, brewing recipes and other content provided by the Service are based on public information and general reference data. We do not guarantee their accuracy, currency or completeness. Please verify important decisions (purchases, investments, etc.) yourself.

Article 3 (Market price information)

ICE futures prices and exchange rates are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to be used as a basis for investment decisions. We are not liable for any damages arising from delays, errors or omissions in the information.

Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)

Users must not:

• Engage in conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
• Reproduce, repost or distribute the Service’s content for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the Service (excessive requests, automated bulk access, etc.)
• Infringe the rights of others

Article 5 (Intellectual property)

Text, data, design, logos and the like on the Service belong to us or to their providers. Please quote within reason and with attribution. Images sourced from Wikipedia follow each image’s license (CC BY-SA, etc.).

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

• The Service stores data on the User’s local device. Data may be lost due to device failure, reset, browser setting changes and the like. Please back up important data using the “Export” function on the settings screen.
• The Service may change, suspend or terminate its content without notice.
• We are not liable for any damages arising in connection with use of the Service.

Article 7 (External links)

The Service includes links to external sites (buying guides, roaster information, etc.), but we are not responsible for the content, safety or transactions of the linked destinations. Please use them in accordance with each site’s terms.

Article 8 (Anonymous statistics)

The Service’s “Community” feature anonymously aggregates user actions (origin views, favorites, tasting records). For details, see the Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time from the settings screen.

Article 9 (Changes to these Terms)

These Terms may be revised as necessary. Revised Terms take effect from the time they are posted on this page.

Article 10 (Governing law & jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction of first instance for any disputes relating to the Service.
