About this region

i.The Sulawesi highlands

Grown on small plots in rugged mountains, it shares the weighty, earthy character of wet-hulling with Mandheling, though some lots show a touch more brightness than Mandheling does.

ii.Built for darker roasts

Calm acidity and a thick body pair beautifully with dark roasting, leaving a long finish of spice and chocolate.
