Altitudes run high and native varieties run diverse: washed lots are clean with citrus and florals, while naturals shine with rich blueberry- and wine-like fruit.Plentiful in the market and consistent in quality, it is a specialty staple.

i.Sidamo and Yirgacheffe

Geographically Yirgacheffe is part of greater Sidamo, but its singular reputation earned it a brand of its own. Sidamo in the broad sense spans a wider range of altitudes and microclimates, so character swings more widely from lot to lot.
